- Perform time studies, MOS (Multi-observational study) and gemba walks
- Analyze and find patterns in data performance, production, forecasting, inventory control, quality
- Designed and implemented new layouts, processes, and flow
- Implement standard work, Lean champions, management routines (Kaizen meetings, 5S audits, six sigma training)
